Nigel Franklyn is The Spa Whisperer: a unique visionary and veteran of the global luxury spa industry, renowned for his innovative approach to both concept development and wellness design.
Nigel has spent 20 years working extensively around the world with some of the most iconic luxury properties in the industry, including Four Seasons, George V, Paris, The Siam, Bangkok and Aman Resorts. Recently, he headed the re-development of the Medical Wellness and Medical Aesthetics Centres at Clinique La Prairie, Switzerland.
Nigel fluidly incorporates increasing demands for both aesthetic results and emotional, transformative experiences.
Nigel re-energises and redefines holistic practices by designing luxury “result retreats and programmes”: spaces that are able to harness the benefits and advancements of science in an environment of mindfulness and wellbeing.
Bringing first-hand experience to all aspects of business development, Maria helps five-star properties move seamlessly from initial concept to post-opening.
Her 15 years experience within the luxury wellness hospitality industry have included all aspects of commercial and operational business development and evolvement, growth maximisation, training, and auditing. Maria’s commitment to excellence along with her passion for the industry ensures innovative, creative and sustainable success.
With over 20 years’ experience, Fiona is an innovative and creative leader in developing spa products and experiential spa treatments for luxury properties. An expert Aromatherapist, Fiona studied aroma and perfumery in France and has expertise in
Hopi therapies, diet, nutrition, and crystal therapy as well as being a qualified reflexologist and holistic massage therapist.
Fiona believes that each spa should offer a unique, connected and memorable experience for the client, teaching and training therapists to look beyond treatment and protocols and find their true passion for the art of wellness.
